Husband and wife, Roberto and
Patrizia, are a professional team of
photographers that decided to start SideBySide Weddings
photography
knowing first hand how emotionally rewarding it is to
possess indelible
wedding memories.
After graduating from the ICP (International Center of
Photography) in 1994,
Roberto spent the following four years assisting some of
the top photographer’s
in New York City, taking advantage of each work experience
in order to help
further develop his technical skills and create his own
personal style.
Meanwhile, having graduated from Tisch School of the Arts
with a BA in film,
Patrizia went on to work in the film industry for the next
several years,
while continuing to cultivate her passion for photography
as well.
It was only after having found the perfect balance in their
personal venture,
that Patrizia and Roberto decided to collaborate on a
professional level as well.
Complimenting each other’s visual and creative styles,
their successful partnership
has resulted in their contribution to clients such as Save
the Children, SONY,
Citibank, TIDE, Tourneau , and fashion magazines such as
Aspen Peak, Hamptons,
Inside Weddings, Style Montecarlo, Gotham, Zinc, 7x7,
Highlights, Capital and Io Donna.
Patrizia and Roberto continue
to enjoy their all around commitment to each other,
while expanding their collaborations to include SideBySide
Weddings. Wedding photography
represents for them the very essence of their two passions,
photojournalism and fashion.
A wedding assignment for them creates a unique moment where
they can combine two styles
into one image effortlessly achieving a balance between
documentary and formal portrait.
